Return & Exchange Policy
1. Goods sold in Shop.casa.sg is not returnable or refundable.
2. Buyer should check the goods that he/she bought in www.shop.casa.sg when it is delivered to buyer.
3. In the event that the goods which buyer received does not match as advertised in terms of variation or model, buyer must notify Casa for exchange immediately.
4. Casa will be responsible for the product exchange only when:
(I). Damage, dent, faulty and lost during the delivery
(II). Damage, dent, faulty and lost caused by courier service provider.
(III). Product model, quantity or variation is wrongly delivered to the buyer.
5. Buyer must check his/her order cart before proceed to the payment, make sure the correct product/model/variation/quantity has been placed. Buyer must notify Casa before the product been processed by Casa if buyer would like to change product/model/variation/quantity.
6. The returned product must be in good condition with original box/packaging, user manual and accessories.
7. For Build-in Hob, Hood and Oven, all customer has 7 days return policy if the product found unfit with your kitchen’s fixture. The product must come back in good condition with original box & packaging, user manual and accessories.
8. Casa will impose additional transportation fees of exchange of product if it is caused by the inaccuracy order information provided by buyer for example: wrong model/colour/quantity has been placed by buyer (e.g. Delivery Charge for Side-by-Side Fridge : $80, Hob/Hood/Oven/Others : $40)
9. For any product malfunction or problem happen after the delivery, please check product warranty Terms & Condition and buyer should contact service center for problem diagnosis.
