By taking part in this Promotion, all persons participating herein (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion is valid for only a limited period of time of one month, or while stock last. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional programs, offers, discount cards, vouchers or CASA Member privileges.

By entering into this Promotion, each participant agrees that CASA (S) Pte Ltd, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees (the “Relevant Organisers”) will not be liable in any way for any death, injury, loss, claims or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Each participant agrees to waive and release the Relevant Organisers from the above-mentioned claims and liabilities.
By participating in this Promotion, the Participant warrants and represents that the Participant have the full legal right and title to the coffee machines and rainshowers being traded in under this Promotion, and that the Participant has the authority to deal with the machine and to transfer ownership of the said old appliance to CASA. The Participant also warrants and represents that the old appliance being traded in is free from any liens, encumbrances, or claims by third parties. Upon completion of the trade-in, full legal title and ownership of the old appliance shall pass to CASA free from any liens, encumbrances, or claims by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant and anyone entitled or agreed to act on his/her behalf, agrees to indemnify each of the Relevant Organisers from any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with my participation in the Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, the Participants agree that CASA may use information furnished on the registration form to carry out any verification, promotional or marketing activities (including targeted advertising) which CASA believes may be of interest to the participant. This includes sending out communication and promotional materials to the participants relating to any products manufactured, marketed or sold by CASA and its affiliates. Such information may be accessed, stored or otherwise processed in any medium or format determined by CASA, and may be transmitted across national borders for storage and processing by CASA or its service providers.
CASA reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time to terminate or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, or modify the Promotion in any way, without liability to any person. If any part of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable or illegal, such illegal or unenforceable part shall be severed from the terms and conditions without affecting the validity of the remainder thereof.
This Promotion and the terms of use and all matters arising there from are governed by Singapore law and each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
Acceptable Criteria and Condition of Qualified Machines
The Qualified Machine can be either faulty or in working condition. CASA reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of the traded-in machine at its official showroom. Participants must have full legal ownership of the machines being traded in under this Promotion. Machines still under Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) schemes or other financing agreements are not eligible for this Promotion. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, CASA reserves the right to reject any Qualified Machines being presented for trade-in. Any decision made by CASA in relation to the acceptance or rejection of the Qualified Machines shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such decisions.
Once a trade-in machine has been accepted as part of this promotion, it cannot be returned or refunded. However, any new coffee machine or rainshower column purchased under this promotion will remains eligible for CASA's return and refund policy, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Eligible trade-in machines can be from any brand, whether they are working or not. This includes all types of coffee machines — automatic or manual — as well as all electric grills, both smokeless and non-smokeless, and all hand showers with mixers or rain shower sets.
Qualifying Machines:
- Includes espresso machines (manual, semi-automatic, or automatic), pod/capsule machines, and drip coffee makers.
- Examples include Breville, De'Longhi, Gaggia, Philips, Jura, Nestle Dolce Gusto, Mr Coffee, Black+Decker, Hamilton Beach, Cuisinart, and Keurig.
- Pour-over coffee brewers like Hario V60, Chemex, and Kalita Wave; French Press models such as Bodum and Fellow; Moka pots like Bialetti; siphon coffee makers from Yama Glass and Hario; and compact brewers like AeroPress and Wacaco.
No matter the condition or type, your appliance qualifies for the trade-in promotion.
